These terms apply when you use Manager Suite AI or Business of One (together, "the Service"), provided by Manager Suite AI ("we," "us," "our"). Manager Suite AI is a hosted tool that helps managers run reviews, 1:1s, onboarding, and day-to-day people management. Business of One is a personal money and small-business tracker. By using the Service you agree to these terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.
You must be an adult. If you use Manager Suite AI for your employer or your team, you confirm you are allowed to enter the information you add about them. You sign in with a link or one-time code sent to your email, and one sign-in works for both apps. Keep your email account, and any PIN you set, to yourself. You are responsible for what happens under your sign-in.
The Service helps you stay organized and keep records. It is not legal, HR, accounting, tax, investment, or financial advice, and it does not replace a professional.
You keep ownership of the information you put into the Service. You give us permission to store it and show it back to you so the Service can work, as described in the Privacy Policy. View-only sharing links are created only when you choose to create them, and you can stop sharing at any time.
AI features are optional and run on an API key you provide from OpenAI, Anthropic, or Google. You are responsible for that account, its costs, and its terms. When you use an AI feature, the information needed to answer your request is sent from your device to the AI provider you chose. AI answers can be wrong or incomplete, so please review them before you use them. Do not enter information you are not allowed to share.
Manager Suite AI is a paid subscription, billed monthly or yearly. There are no contracts and no cancellation penalties.
Business of One starts with a free trial: 60 days for new accounts, and an introductory period of free access for people already using the app, which we tell them about inside the app. After the free trial, Business of One is a paid plan, currently $10 per month or $100 per year. If you do not subscribe, you can still sign in to view and download your data, but you cannot add or change entries until you subscribe. A paid Manager Suite AI subscription includes Business of One.
Subscription purchases are sold and processed by Stripe on its own secure payment page. For these purchases Stripe acts as the seller of record (the merchant of record), and it calculates, collects, and pays the sales tax, VAT, or similar taxes that apply where you live. Your purchase is also subject to the terms Stripe shows you at checkout. We never see or store your card number. Promo codes, where we offer them, apply as described when you enter them.
You can cancel at any time with the Manage subscription button inside Business of One, or by contacting us at the address below. Cancelling stops future charges, and you keep full access through the end of the period you already paid for. Your entries stay saved either way. You are not charged during a free trial, and if you do not want to be charged, you can cancel before the trial ends. If you think you were charged by mistake, or you were charged after you cancelled, contact us and we will review it and refund the charge where that is appropriate. We may change prices or plans, and we will tell you before a change reaches your next renewal.
Please do not use the Service to break the law, harm others, try to reach anyone else's information, upload harmful code, or overload or interfere with the Service.
We work to keep the Service available, but we do not promise it will always be uninterrupted or error-free. We may change, add, or remove features. We may suspend access if these terms are broken or to protect the Service or other people.
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available." To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not responsible for indirect or consequential losses, lost profits, or decisions you make based on information or AI output in the Service. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under law that cannot be limited.
You can stop using the Service at any time. To ask for a copy of your data or to have it deleted, contact us at the address below.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules.
If we make material changes, we will update the effective date above. Continued use of the Service after a change means you accept the updated terms.
